The New Mexico Research Symposium (NMRS), collaboratively hosted with the New Mexico EPSCoR, is an annual conference with oral presentations, a poster competition, and a keynote address. The conference is geared to undergraduate and graduate students from New Mexico’s colleges and universities.
The 2021 Symposium will be an all-virtual event held November 8-12, 2021. The Symposium agenda has a fantastic keynote by Mars and Venus explorer Larry Crumpler, a student poster session, an engineering session about techno-economic analysis and a space research session. NMAS will present Outstanding Science Teacher awards.
Volunteer as a poster judge. We are planning a short (30 min) training on Zoom during the week of November 1. Please participate in this Doodle poll to pick the best date and time for the training. The poll will be closed first thing on Monday 10/25 If you are unable to attend the training, we will have a recorded training available for you to watch at your convenience.
