Malva Knoll Secretary
Malva Knoll retired in 2007 as a science teacher from the secondary chemistry classrooms of the Albuquerque Public Schools. She was the NM candidate for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching twice during her career. Ms. Knoll was the Director of Education at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History in Albuquerque from 2007-2012 where she helped transition the education programs from Old Town at a new site which accommodated an outdoor aircraft yard, and a science curriculum based on current NM Science standards and inquiry, discovery methodology.
